Ways To Automate Article Marketing For Faster Results

In this short article I want to go over how to automate article marketing to start getting the benefits from it faster. One problem many Internet marketers face is a lack of time.

When I first started I did not have a lot of extra time to spend on the Internet. That was actually one of the reasons I started an Internet business.

Some people have more time than money and article marketing is great as well. You can write and submit your own articles and the only expense you have is the time it takes to do it.

What if you are like I was? You have a little money to promote your business, but not much free time to write and submit articles. Article marketing can really pay off for you if you do it correctly.

1. Hire an article writer. You can find people to write articles for you for very little money. This is not always the best choice because the quality of these articles is not real good.

You can spend a little bit more and get very well written articles that are written with good English and free of spelling errors. You can then submit them in your free time and spread out the publish date. You could easily submit several articles in 1 hour on a Sunday afternoon.

2. Hire an outsourced employee. There are many workers you can hire from overseas to submit your articles for you.

For example, a Filipino worker could submit your articles and you would not have to pay more than $2-$4 an hour. They may not be able to write a good quality article, but they can submit them for you.

3. Use Submit Your Article. You can automate the submission of your articles to multiple article directories with the click of a button.

This is much faster than submitting them one at a time to individual directories. This service also reaches the top directories as well as hundreds of other article directories.

They also have a patented program called Article Leverage. You can create unique versions of your articles and use those in other ways such as blogging to get even more use out of one article.

4. Hire an article marketing company. There are companies that will write and submit your articles for you.

This is a great way to get the benefits of article marketing without doing any of the work yourself. It’s also an excellent way to develop a lot of backlinks to your site for long term traffic to make money online.

5. Hire a virtual assistant. There are many talented individuals now that are looking for work from home. You could hire one virtual assistant to handle your article marketing as well as other aspects of your business based on their qualifications.

These are several ideas on how you can automate article marketing for faster results. The key is to get as many articles in the marketplace in whatever manner is best for you based on your time and budget.

5 Things You Can Do To Impact Your Article Marketing Accomplishments

Would you like to accomplish more as an article marketer? It only makes sense that if you are going to spend time writing and submitting articles you might as well maximize your accomplishments.

Here are 5 things you can do that really will have an impact on your article marketing efforts and help you make money online.

1. Structure your articles for the Internet. Writing articles online is different than writing articles for other types of media.

Most people scan articles when they read so keep your sentences short. Also limit the number of sentences per paragraph to no more than two long sentences or three short ones.

Highlight your key points by writing numbered lists articles or including bullet points that make it easier for the reader to view. The overall number of words needs to be around 400 to be accepted by most article directories.

2. Submit to the main article directories. You can Google search “top article directories” to find sites that rank the directories by page rank and Alexa ranking. If you can get your articles into the top 5 or 10 that will really impact your business.

There is more emphasis on unique content right now. If you can afford $47 a month join Submit Your Article and use their patented Article Leverage Program. This is a great way to create unique versions of your articles and submit them to all of the top directories with one click.

3. Article writing is a numbers game. Nothing can impact your article marketing results more than increasing the number of articles you write.

Learn how to write articles in less than 30 minutes. Because I am a terrible at typing I use the Dragon Naturally Speaking software. I dictate my articles which allows me to complete them faster.

Do not make the mistake of thinking that a small number of articles will get the job done. Be committed to writing as many articles as you possibly can every day and this will really pay off for you on a long term basis.

4. Write tightly focused articles. It is a good idea to keep your articles focused on one theme. This is a great way to write an outstanding article that your reader comes away thinking they did not waste their time.

5. Create a killer resource box. When I first started out I looked at the expert authors on EzineArticles.com. I studied their articles for the type of resource box they were using.

A good resource box does not have to be long to be effective. It should include your name, what you have the offer, a call to action, and your website URL.

Continue to rewrite this until you have crafted the perfect resource box. Then include it at the bottom of every article you submit.

Follow these five things and you will be amazed at how they impact your article marketing accomplishments!

Simple Article Marketing Trick For Newbies-Write About What You Know

Internet marketing newbies have a tough time when it comes to getting a website traffic. I know this for a fact because when I first started promoting things on the Internet I was overwhelmed trying to figure out the best ways to get the most traffic for the least amount of money.

Ultimately I settled into article marketing as a traffic strategy that worked very well for me. It also works very well for Internet marketing newbies if you do it correctly.

One simple trick that I have discovered when it comes to article marketing is to write about what you know. Everybody has some level of expertise on something.

This makes it very easy for you to zero in on a specific theme to make money with your blog or website. It also makes it much easier to write articles and submit them because of how much quicker it is.

I have also found that the articles are of a higher quality when I write about what I know. This increases the chances of the article directory publishing them because the content is unique.

I have never had an article turned down by a directory yet when I’m writing about something I know. This is actually saying something when you consider that I have written thousands of articles and my primary niche is Internet marketing and home businesses.

Another simple trick is to understand what people are interested in relating to what you know. I get article ideas all the time in discussion forums such as The Warrior Forum.

The threads that are generating the most action are usually an excellent source for article ideas. You can even formulate some of your content by reading the responses that people are writing to questions that are being asked.

When you do this you do not even have to participate in the dicsussions. Just log into your forum account and start reading until you a high traffic thread catches your eye.

It is much easier to write an article on a topic that you are comfortable with. This is also true when it comes to controlling the surroundings that you are writing in.

I like a little bit of background noise so I turn on either a TV or stereo on when I’m sitting down to write. I do have a separate home office that I converted a bedroom into and that works very well for me.

You will find that the content for your articles will come much more easily if you are comfortable in the surroundings where you write. I do know people who like to sit out on their deck, go to the beach, or go to a library where they are not disturbed.

If you control the surroundings, and write about what you know, you will find article writing to be much more enjoyable and effective for you. Hopefully this simple article marketing trick will help you write more articles to make money at home.

7 Tips To Supercharge Your Writing And Article Marketing

Writing and submitting articles on the Internet is an important way for getting your name and Internet business online where people can find it. This ensures that people will find your articles, read them, and trust you as an expert on what you write about.

Here are 7 challenging ways to supercharge article writing and marketing so you can make money online.

1. Concentrate on writing very good article titles. Your title should be benefit oriented and very descriptive in nature.

People should know what awaits them when they decide to start reading the. Avoid hype or promotional language that would turn a reader off. Remember you are going to be delivering a useful article.

2. Provide newsworthy information. You should not write an article until you have helpful information to share with your readers. Things change quickly online and you can be there with a timely article to capitalize on that.

Luckily for you there is no shortage of things you can write about. Go do Big-Boards.com and find discussion forums that relate the the niche your business in. Read what people are talking about and you will come up with all kinds of article ideas for content.

3. Communicate directly with your reader. A good article writer makes them feel the article is written just for them. This will keep them reading.

Focus on writing about the benefits they will get in the article. Instead of writing in the third person try using “you” more often.

4. Write precise content. Deal only with facts in the body of your article. Do not use big words and a long first paragraph that is boring.

You must provide easy to follow information without your readers having to interpret the facts. Remember that you can not afford to lie to your readers because it can be incredibly damaging to your online reputation.

5. Write good content that helps your reader. Make sure you answer all their potential questions that may come up. Be sure your articles are written with no grammar, punctuation, or spelling errors.

6. Leave your contact details in the resource box. Ask your readers to contact you with their feedback.

Give them your primary website url and also deep link to a landing page or inner page. Do not over write your resource box as you can often get more with less.

7. Submit your articles online. Do a Google search to find the top article directories to submit to and then join them.

To speed the process up consider using Submit Your Article. You can reach multiple directories with one click.

You can also use their patented Article Leverage program to re-write your articles to make each of them unique. The article directories love this and so do the search engines.

Follow these 7 tips to supercharge your article writing and article marketing efforts.

Article Marketing-You Must Change Your Approach

Is article marketing dead? I think this is a relevant question based on what has been happening with Google in the past month. More importantly to you is whether you should stop doing article marketing and focus on getting traffic to your business in other ways.

I consider myself to be an article marketing expert. I have been an article writer of thousands of articles for my own Internet businesses as well as for our article customers. If article marketing is dead my company is in trouble.

I do not think article marketing is dead, but I do think the way you approach promoting with articles should change. Writing and submitting articles only to article directories is not a good use of your time.

The way Google has treated Ezine Articles and other article directories should let you know that putting all your eggs in one basket is a bad mistake. You need to diversify the way you do article marketing.

Here are a couple of ideas on that!

1. Blogging. Every business promoting on the Internet should have a blog that they add articles to on a consistent basis.

If you are going to use your articles for article marketing purposes you should start by posting them on your blog. You should then bookmark them using a service such as Only Wire. This will get your articles spidered faster and you will get credit for them first.

The next thing you should do is make changes to your article so they are different from the one you posted on your blog. When you do this you can comfortably submit them to article directories and the search engines will not view them as duplicate content.

Another thing you can do is submit your articles to companies that will post then in multiple blogs. Free Traffic System has an excellent program for using your articles to get traffic and backlinks from other blog owners.

2. Video marketing. It’s very easy to use an article converter and turn one of your articles into an online video.

I like Article Video Robot for this. It’s not hard to make an online video and get it submitted to the top shared video sites when you use a service such as this.

Another thing you can do is take the video embed code and place it on your blog. I like to use my article videos from You Tube to liven up my blog up a little bit.

There are many different ways you can do article marketing besides just focusing on article directories. You definitely should not stop doing article marketing, but you should diversify the way you use your articles!

Article Marketing-Are You Ready To Get Serious?

Many Internet marketers are questioning whether article marketing is worth it anymore now that Google has made changes to their algorithms again. I actually feel now is the time to get serious about small business article marketing.

Anytime Google makes a change it benefits some Internet marketers and hurts others. It comes down to your approach.

In this article lets discuss five things you can do to take advantage of what is going on in the marketplace.

1. Focus on fresh content. I personally think that every article you submit should be unique. The Internet is overrun with duplicate content and search engines such as Google and others are now focusing on improving this.

If you are going to submit an article to a large article directory such as EzineArticles.com do not put that article anywhere else online. This does not mean you cannot create unique versions of the article and submit them.

However it does not mean you want to duplicate your article submissions. If you do this you are only adding to the clutter and are part of the problem and not the solution.

2. Keep your blog content fresh and different. Do not pose the same article on your blog if you have already submitted it to article directories.

One good strategy is to write your article and post it on your blog. Bookmarked your blog post to various social directories using services such as Social Marker or Only Wire.

Then re-write the article and use the new version to submit to one article directory. Vary the directories you submit to and try and hit the top 5-10 over a period of time. This allows you to develop more back links and increase your reach to a larger audience.

3. Add more words. This is one big change that article directories are now requiring. Short articles are not going to be accepted.

For example, EZA has increased the minimum number of words to 400. ArticleBase.com is now requiring articles to be a least 350 words.

If you want to be serious about article marketing start thinking in terms of 500 to 700 word articles. Do not sacrifice article quality just to write more words.

Take this chance you are now given to create even better articles. Increase the number of words and the search engines and article directories will reward you.

4. Use Submit Your Article. I love this service. You can develop unique versions of your articles using their patented article leverage program.

You submit your article to them and then rewrite it to make it completely unique. It is possible to develop unique versions that are all most 100% different from each other.

When you do this you are creating content that is different from each other. It is then submitted by them to multiple article directories. This provides you with an excellent opportunity to have more articles published. This is a very strong small business Internet marketing strategy.

5. Work on your resource box. If your articles are interesting your reader will make it to your resource box at the bottom of the article.

This is make it or break it time. Your goal very simply is to have that reader click on the link in your resource box.

A well crafted resource box is very important. However, you can get more with less in terms of how long your resource box is.

Another thing to keep in mind is to vary the hyperlinked text and the website URL. This allows you to develop backlinks to more than just your home page.

It certainly is time to take article marketing more seriously. The opportunities to benefit from writing and submitting articles has never been better!

Why You Are Not Getting Traffic From Your Articles

Not getting traffic from an article comes down to several things. Believe it or not the problem is not always from the article itself, but that is a good place to start looking at.

1. A poorly written article title. If you do not get read you are dead. The title is what draws your reader to your article.

How do you write a good title? Start by looking at articles online that have titles that catch your eye.

Go to EzineArticles.com and scan articles in the category you are writing about. Keep a swipe file of good titles you can go back and look at to write better titles for your articles.

2. Your article is not very good. Writing is a skill that you can improve on by doing more of it. Make sure you do not have grammar and spelling errors.

Then work at improving your content. If you write articles on interesting topics people will read them.

3. A well written resource box. Think of this as a short classified ad on yourself or your product. Give specific directions on what you want your read to do. Again go to EzineArticles.com and look at the Expert Authors to get ideas on how to write a good resource box.

4. Submitting to the wrong places. At the very least submit to the top 3-5 article directories. Here is a good list of the Top 50. If you get your articles in as many of these as possible your traffic will increase. http://www.vretoolbar.com/articles/directories.php

5. Not enough articles online. If you write one article and do not get traffic that is called a clue! If you write 10 and get a few visitors that is another clue.

Think big and start writing and submitting like crazy. Go for 10-20 a day if you have time. If not consider outsourcing some of your writing to a qualified article writer. As your articles are archived online they can continue to bring you traffic for many years to come.

6. Use a submission service. I am a big fan of Submit Your Article. They make submitting very easy and you can create unique version of your articles so the search engines like them. This is the best way to do article marketing.

I recently saw a post in a discussion forum where the person was complaining about not getting any traffic from the 10 articles they had written and submitted. Do you know that EzineArticles.com has had over 1 million articles submitted to it? And this is only 1 online article directory.

You need to wrap your head around the idea that the World Wide Web is BIG! 10 articles online is like having a restaurant open at 6:00 A.M and closing at 6:01 A.M. and then wondering why you do not have any customers.

You are going to need a lot more articles online than 10. Hopefully this article will help you understand why you are not getting enough traffic from your articles.

Why Article Marketing Is So Powerful?

If you are doing the SEO to get highly targeted traffic to your web sites you have to be doing the article marketing. Traffic generation is an art itself, and many people look for the new sources of the targeted traffic every day.

It would be awesome to get the traffic as soon as possible, to save time and see the results (well, the sales from the web site really) immediately, however, this can only be achieved by advertising, and we all know that it needs budgets. Budgets, budgets, budgets…. The more you spend, the more you get… With advertising.

Now, the article marketing is surely not a new approach to driving the traffic to a web site, however it is extremely powerful and easy. The ideas behind it is simple – to be ranked higher in the search engines, you need to increase “authority” of your web site, and having a big number of relevant (thematic) back links to it can do the trick.

Not only links from the relevant web sites (those that are within your niche) and have good page rank, for example. But also, the right keywords that you are targeting to get higher in the search results. They should be the anchors of the links that point to your web site.

Articles are good for everybody – you create and supply a fresh, thematic content to the internet, that many people find useful, and you also include your keywords (as anchors) to the web site you promote. In the first case, your article may draw personal attention of its readers, and, by this, increase your general “organic” traffic.

But the most valuable one is the second of course – once you have enough thematic links based on the keywords that people search, your site may be shown at the top of the search results (and that’s where the most of the search traffic really comes from). It’s the precious “search engines organic traffic”, a swarm of people particularly interested in your web site topic. You would not imagine, how immense the difference between Google’s page 2 and 1 is for example. Not mentioning the very first search result – it is simply precious, as it alone gets over 50% of all clicks.

A lot was said about the importance and effectiveness of the article marketing, but the problem of the article generation was always an issue. If you’re writing them yourself, you’ll find yourself pretty much exhausted after writing 20-30. Or it’ll take longer to write them every day (presumably, it will take around an hour for you to write a 700-800 words article). If you outsource it to a writer, you might end up paying a lot, as writers usually charge much more than pennies these days.

Spinning is time consuming too, if you didn’t realize that. Inserting the synonyms, even with the help of the software may turn spinning into a full time job. There are rumors that online services automate article marketing these days as much as possible, however experience varies – varies on the needs. ArticleTwin.com proved to be a good help to those that want to save and get their article written and spun. The “SEO Push”, though not cheap, sounds like a fully outsourced solution in terms of the article marketing to. Thanks goodness, we live during the amazing times – the times of the Web. All we need to do is simply lift our … and see what’s out there to help us succeed in the internet marketing. Article Marketing is ageless and it is here to stay.

The Skinny on Paid Article Distribution Websites

Paid article distribution websites are springing up all over the Internet. One of the most important things to keep in mind when submitting articles to a paid article distribution website is not every publisher will use your article. Make it your article marketing goal to provide publishers and your readers the best possible article you can write.

One Article Marketer’s Review of Content Crooner

People who market a website, product or service with articles are most commonly referred to as “article marketers.” We share valuable information with our readers through the articles we distribute to hundreds, sometimes thousands, of article directories.

One of the easiest ways to get our articles to thousands of directories is through a paid article distribution service like Content Crooner. I’ve tried several other paid distribution services but so far none stand up to the quality I’ve seen through Content Crooner.

Initial Impression

“You never get a second chance to make a first impression.” Keeping that thought in mind, my initial impression of Content Crooner was that it appeared to be a class act. I was immediately drawn to the lizard mascot on the home page.

The image of the lizard with the microphone immediately made me think of a real crooner like Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra or Bing Crosby. When those guys started crooning, everyone had to stop and listen. They are still some of the most well-known voices today.

The color scheme of the Content Crooner website is aesthetically pleasing. The buttons are nice and glossy, and the layout easy to follow.

Account Creation

The account creation process for Content Crooner is a breeze. You simply type your first and last name, user name; then create a password and give them your e-mail address. Follow through the registration process to create your pen name and select the service you wish to purchase.

Login & Account Page

The login page is very straight-forward. Input your user name, password and click the button to log in. Click the checkbox that reads “remember me” if you’d like your browser to remember your login information for future visits.

Your account page allows you to edit your account information, select your pen name or create a new one. You may edit each individual pen name’s account information including the website and contact information associated with each pen name.

A full list of articles you’ve previously submitted may be found in your “My Account” page. Here you may view your articles as they’ve been published. Pending articles may be edited but any article that has been distributed cannot.

View your distribution and exposure reports to see exactly where your articles have been used. View or change the dates your article should be distributed; schedule articles for distribution up to a year in advance with ease. Conveniently Tweet your articles with two quick little mouse clicks.

Article Submission

Article submission with Content Crooner is simple. Click the “Submit Content” button located at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Simply copy and paste your article information into the appropriate text fields.

Choosing Your Article Categories

Content Crooner offers more than 360 individual categories from which to choose. You may choose to include your article for distribution in up to three different categories. Choose wisely, the editorial staff does check to make sure your articles should fit into the categories you choose. It’s all part and parcel of their incredible review process.

Review Process

Content Crooner’s review process is one of the most in depth article review processes I’ve ever seen in action. They promise their publishers quality and they mean to follow through. Don’t worry though, they provide an article checklist to give you a better chance of passing review the first time, every time.

Overall Opinion

I’ve been an article marketer for about five years. I’ve tried the competition and can honestly say Content Crooner is the most user-friendly. They also provide the best customer service of other paid article distribution websites.

I strongly recommend Content Crooner to any article marketer in search of quality distribution and customer service. They truly are a class act.
